Walking tour in Tallinn for cruise passengers
Small group of max 12 participants
Duration: 3 hours + 1.5 hours of free time
Our shortest tour option provides an excellent introduction to Estonian history. We focus on selected highlights both at Toompea Hill and lower Old Town area to introduce the two sections of the historic centre. We will also showcase some quiet corners that you might not otherwise discover, where it’s blissfully easy to forget you are still in the middle of the UNESCO-listed old town visited daily by thousands of sightseers.
However, the emphasis of this Tallinn walking tour is on people and their experiences. You will get a sense of the people who shaped the city, who inhabited it, and the impact they had on each other. Our pick of events and incidents which have influenced the life of locals bring you closer to the present-day Estonians, our successes and ambitions, but also the challenges.
